How does the free trial work?
You get full access to all features in your chosen plan for 14 days. You won't be charged during the trial. After 14 days, billing starts automatically.
What's the difference between plans?
Starter covers the essentials — subscriptions, portal, widget, basic analytics, smart cancellation flow and dunning. Pro adds bundles, loyalty, rewards, gift subscriptions, free trials, refer-a-friend, winback campaigns and checkout upsell. Premium unlocks churn predictions, A/B testing, membership plans, custom email & SMS providers, custom translations and a white-label portal.
Do you charge transaction fees?
No. SimpleRecurring never charges transaction fees on any plan. You only pay Shopify's standard payment processing.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes! Switch between plans at any time. When upgrading, you'll be billed the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Can I migrate from another app?
Yes! We support migration from Recharge, Bold, Loop, and CSV imports. Our support team can help with the process.
Is there a subscriber limit?
