Can I switch plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

What counts as an active subscriber?

An active subscriber is a unique customer with at least one subscription contract in ACTIVE status. If a customer has multiple active subscriptions, they still count as one subscriber. Paused or cancelled subscriptions don't count.

Do you charge transaction fees?

No. SimpleRecurring never charges transaction fees on top of your plan. You only pay Shopify's standard payment processing.

What happens if I exceed my subscriber limit?

Your service continues uninterrupted. We'll notify you and you can upgrade at any time. If you consistently exceed your limit, we'll help you find the right plan.

Can I migrate from another app?

Yes! We support migration from Recharge, Bold, Loop, and CSV imports. Our Enterprise plan includes dedicated migration assistance.
